At Primrose Beauty Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at support@primrosebeautystore.com.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased during special sales or promotions.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
